Play an active part in something special
Being a Pro-Sapien team member means being part of something special: we're a people-focused organization that helps keep workers safe and the environment cared for, while you progress your career and personal goals. We're the perfect opportunity for you to be better.
Culture & Values
We want to be a great place to work because better people make Pro-Sapien better. Be part of a team where you're empowered to have your voice heard with the knowledge we're all in this together. No egos, no ass-holes (it's a rule). Whether it's your friendly colleagues, generous annual leave allowance, purposeful work or simply being able to wear your favourite t-shirt to the office, we'll always be trying to make you proud to be Pro-Sapien.
In 2012, Pro-Sapien became a limited company after operating as part of API Software for many years prior. Our roots are in Glasgow, UK where we've been delivering solutions to our clients' problems ever since. We've disrupted the marketplace on a global scale, supporting clients from Chicago to Hong Kong in their goal to become safer, more sustainable companies. In response to growing North American demand, we recently opened a satellite office in Toronto, Canada, making it an especially exciting time to be part of the team.
You're an enthusiastic individual keen to be part of something bigger. That's the kind of person we want on our team: someone who will play with purpose, pass the ball and embrace expectations all the while being happy to sweep the shed. If you can keep it real and be the culture you want to see, Pro-Sapien is the perfect place for you to achieve your goals and to help your colleagues achieve theirs.
As a student developer at Pro-Sapien, you will gain invaluable experience of modern software development in industry.
As a project manager you will have overall responsibility for implementations of Pro-Sapien products, including specification, planning, execution, monitoring,...
Work with international clients from Chicago to Hong Kong where no two projects are the same.
What our employees say
"I joined Pro-Sapien for a summer internship just before my final year at university. This was my first experience working with real software development, and I got to try a lot different, modern technologies.
I was given the task of automating parts of deployment. Working on this gave me the opportunity to learn lots of new practical skills, whilst applying the soft skills I've learned at university, too. After completing that task, I got a chance to advance my learning even further, delving into some of the other systems that make the product work.
The team at Pro-Sapien made me feel very welcome and supported. Working with the development team day-to-day has been a fantastic experience! This internship has really allowed me to reach my full potential, and I’ve gained a lot of confidence as well."
"I joined Pro-Sapien digital marketing team in 2017 as a graduate in MA International Business Communication. I have been in this role for nearly a year now, and I cannot even begin to describe how much I’ve learned about Digital Marketing and the EHS software industry.
It has been a challenging yet a very rewarding year. Since day one, I was given a lot of responsibility, which is a good thing. The best way to learn is to be involved, and that is the one thing you will definitely get here. With the talented marketing team, we've managed to grow our reach and engage in interesting projects with industry professionals.
The culture at Pro-Sapien is relaxed and friendly, and everyone has a do-it attitude. With the perfect balance of guidance and independence, you can really grow in the role and contribute to the success of the team."
