We have gathered up some of the most interesting pieces from this month’s Health and Safety news sphere. This month the topics revolve around Health and Safety Culture, Human Factors and Management. As a complex and highly regulated area, Health and Safety calls for collaboration at all levels. Anticipation, prevention and detection of risk signals rely heavily on procedures, monitoring, and of course people. It is us humans that do the work (at least most of it), and aspects such as human factors (also discussed at Offshore Europe 2017) must be placed at the centre of discussion. When forgetting is part of learning
