Pro-Sapien, specialist provider of EHS software on Office 365, has released a brand-new module for Contractor Management in enterprises.
The new module was developed to enhance the breadth of functionality available, integrating with other Pro-Sapien modules such as Permit to Work to assist in Contractor Safety Management.
Keeping track of contractors is a daily task for many organizations, particularly in the Construction, Environmental Services and Oil & Gas sectors. Pro-Sapien’s new contractor management software enables companies to manage contractors, agencies and suppliers more efficiently and with increased visibility.
The features of Contractor Management from Pro-Sapien include:
- Categorizing entities by type whether a contractor, supplier or agency
- Keeping a register of company IDs to avoid record duplication
- Approve, suspend, archive or prohibit contractors for enterprise-wide transparency
- Dynamic checklists to assess a contractor’s compliance/suitability
- Tracking insurance details and expiry dates with automated alerts
- The ability to search the library by keyword or through configurable filters
