Pro-Sapien, leading provider of EHS software on Microsoft 365, has announced the addition of Scheduler to its suite of enterprise solutions.
The new software helps clients ensure regulatory and policy compliance by scheduling recurring tasks, such as energy reporting and audits, in advance.
The module simplifies managing EHS recurring tasks with a range of functions and features, including:
- Create a range of recurring actions in a year-round schedule
- Enforce completion of an output form to fulfill the obligation, such as an inspection
- Assign actions to roles, groups, and multiple locations across the enterprise
- Integrate with Microsoft Teams to increase awareness and engagement
- Report on action status and EHS performance in Power BI
