In the UK, RIDDOR requires employers, the self-employed and those in control of premises to report specified workplace incidents to the HSE. With our incident forms users can answer questions to determine whether an event is reportable, and managers can easily export illness and injury data into RIDDOR form format.
Report hazards from the field
Our responsive mobile forms are URL based, meaning access can be provided to people such as contractors and members of the public via a QR code. For example, our customers are able to fill out close call / positive intervention forms by scanning a QR code provided by Pro-Sapien for that specific client location.
