FAQs
The Pro-Sapien Power App is another optional element within the Pro-Sapien ecosystem. It is an add-on and integrates with several modules. Delivered through the Microsoft Power Apps mobile interface, available on iOS and Android, the Pro-Sapien Power App has considerable development behind it and is supported by our full enterprise platform.
Currently, the Pro-Sapien Power App supports integration with Incident Management, Observations, and Inspections (checklists). It enables workers without an internet connection to report incidents and observations, and complete inspections while on the go.
The Pro-Sapien Power App is designed to specifically address the challenge of offline data reporting, which our existing mobile-responsive forms do not support. All Pro-Sapien forms are still available as the web-based version on mobile devices, providing the full Pro-Sapien experience on mobile. However, if you have employees in remote locations, the Pro-Sapien Power App enables them to report incidents, observations and inspections even while they have no internet connection.
Our offline Power App is configurable, much like our traditional web-based Pro-Sapien forms. We will configure your Pro-Sapien Power App to capture the information you need up front to log an incident, observation, or inspection.
Customers require Microsoft Power Apps licenses to use the Pro-Sapien Power App. Get in touch to learn more about Microsoft licensing requirements.
